Searches can fail for a number of reasons:

1. Incomplete response: The search engine did not transmit a full page or part of the page was lost.

2. Time-out: The search engine did not respond quickly enough before Search Engine Commando gave up and moved on to the next search engine. If this happens frequently, you can increase the amount of time SE Commando will wait using the Timeout setting in the Program Options folder.

3. The search engine has changed: Search engines change their appearance and options quite often. Our developers work hard to keep everything up to date in the software, but sometimes users discover changes first. If you think this may be the case, right-click on the search engine in SE Commando, then choose Notify me when this search engine is updated from the popup menu. Enter your email address and click OK. This will alert our team that the search engine requires immediate attention. You will receive an automatic email notification when the driver is updated.
