Assuming that the problem is not caused by normal internet connection problems, or that the search engine is not temporarily offline, it may be that we need to update the driver for that search engine in the software.

In the Progress or Results views, right-click the line for the search engine and choose Notify Me When This Engine Is Updated from the popup menu, then enter your email address and click OK.

This will alert our development team that the search engine driver requires attention. You will receive an automated message as soon as an update is released.
